What happens on the call
First, call 07367 634032 or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the make, model and year, the registration number, where the car is parked and what has happened to the key. We work out what your car needs and tell you the next step. We give you a clear quote before any work starts.
What happens at your car
We come to your location in Birmingham — your home, your work or the car park where the car is parked. We supply the new key or fob, program it to your car and try the lock, unlock and start with you. You do not need to visit a dealer or arrange towing. What to have ready for the visit
Keep your V5C log book, photo ID and registration number with you. We ask to see them before any work starts, so the key is made for its rightful owner. If your V5C is not to hand, call us beforehand and we will explain what else we can accept.
