These terms explain how our car key service works, what we ask of you and what you can expect from us. They are written in plain language. Call us if anything is unclear.

Our service

We are a mobile car key service in Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our work covers lost keys, spare keys, key programming, fob repair and lockouts. We come to your location. We do not offer a dealer service and we do not tow cars.

Proof of ownership

Before any work starts, we ask for your V5C log book, photo ID and car registration number. This is so the key is made for the rightful owner. If you cannot show these, we may not be able to start work. Call us first if your V5C is not to hand.

Quotes and prices

We give you a clear quote on the call before any work starts, once we know your car details. The price depends on the key type, your car and the programming involved. We do not start work you have not agreed to. There are no hidden extras beyond the quote you agree.

Payment

Payment is agreed on the call, before work starts. We will tell you how to pay when you book. We do not take payment through this website.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel your visit, call or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Tell us if the car has moved or the key has turned up. We will explain the next step on the call.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer. If something goes wrong with your key after our visit, call us and tell us what has happened. We will explain the next step. Read our privacy policy to see how we handle your details.
